Nicholas “Nick” Wall founded foodwerx over twenty years ago intent on becoming the Tri-State Area’s premier caterer and event production company. After learning his trade and honing his cooking skills at other caterers for more than a decade, Nick had a vision for a different type of caterer, one that was innovative, contemporary, and highly-adaptable to peoples’ ever-changing needs and wants.
