As a graduate of Moore College of Art and Design in Philadelphia with a BFA in Fashion Design, Margie has spent over thirty years in the Fashion Industry. She has worked in NYC in the garment district and spent a lot of time traveling the world. Combining her love of food, fashion, and fun is what makes Margie “tick”. “Making things beautiful is my life. We are all artists here at foodwerx and have a great respect for each other’s craft and talents. Our chefs make it taste good, I am here to make it look beautiful and bring you into a fantastical culinary experience that will WOW your guests.”

Margie enjoys making a connection with the clients to bring the vision of their event to life. She will work with your theme or idea but, also, can craft a look for your next event from inspiration she gathers from her design experience, research, and travel. She spends time shopping the trade shows and shops the market to bring the latest trends in food presentation and décor to design an experience around the food for events your guest will never forget.
