Without Chef David and his passion for food, our kitchen would simply not be able to function. He has worked in a number of venues over the years, learning and gaining experience as a chef. In David’s seven years with foodwerx, he has worked diligently, moving from an assistant to a sous chef. Most importantly, he has become Chef Mark’s aide-de-camp, and the sensational dishes that come out of the kitchen are, in no small part, a result of David’s efforts.
